“Love?…Biochemically no different than eating large quantities of chocolate.”
(John Milton)
Marcella e Maher… their wedding story is about an international love story, a destiny’s child first meeting and a relationship being able to mix different cultures combined by common passions!
When I first met them, they told me their story because to get a better insight of their background as their wedding photographer in Italy!
They live in Dubai because of their jobs but they met in Philadelphia, both taking part to a conference arranged by the famous American Hershey’s, leader in sweet products. Marcella says that chocolate was their Cupid and that it was a real love at first sight…a sweet start indeed for a love story!
Marcella has Italian American origins while Maher is from Lebanon. They have a lot of common passions such as good food, their cat Ray, traveling and…last but not least, the Marche region that they both chose as ideal location for their wedding in Italy.
Friends and guests from all around the world conveyed that day a real multicultural, unforgettable flair!
The bridal dress was from Elisabetta Polignano and bought in the famous Ratti boutique in Pesaro while the shoes (bought in Dubai) were part of the famous Manolo Blahnik collection, a dream for most of women! The groom dress was a tailored made one coming from Dubai too. For the shoes, he preferred the Italian brand Dolce e Gabbana, bought in Pesaro (Ratti boutique again).
Bridal makeup and hairstyle were realized by I Cerioni shop in Fano.
The engagement ring and the wedding rings were bought in Beirut, part of the Nada G collection.
As for the ceremony, they want to say thank to Eventom in Fano for the facilities renting, while the wedding reception was held in the gorgeous Symposium Quattro Stagioni di Cartoceto (PU), surrounded by the beautiful hills of the Marche region, so loved by the couple. The groom got ready in the amazing Alexander Museum Palace Hotel, in Pesaro.
Floral design was arranged by Regini Fiori e Piante, in Villanova di Montemaggiore al Metauro that managed to create a dreaming atmosphere. Music was performed by Ban Ensemble, Pesaro for the classic (harp, violin and flute) while Set Sound – DJ Staff Music & Entertainment, Pesaro entertained the guests during the wedding luncheon.
Bride and groom gave a special touch to the day thanks to the beautiful fireworks by Fonti Pirotecnica, Riccione and for their transfers, they used a gorgeous 1949 Jaguar vintage car by Matteo Auto Sposi, Lucrezia… a real dream car!
Thank you guys for the great day you let me share and live as your wedding photographer Italy and for your availability to tell your story in my blog!
