A big thank you to Helena and Vivek for choosing me as their photographer to celebrate their romantic Hindu wedding in the Chianti, Tuscany. This was a really unusual, incredible and impressive day for everybody and especially for me!
Helena and Vivek live in the United States but they decided to celebrate their Hindu wedding in the heart of Chianti, in the exclusive frame of the Casole Castle, not far from Siena. This was a real dream of “Thousand and One Night” made true thanks to the amazing blending of colors, feelings, emotions. This was a way to combine perfectly the vibrant soul of India with the landscapes, scents and flavors of Italy and in particular of the magnificent Chianti, pearl of Tuscany, well known not only for its extraordinary wines but also for its exclusive landscapes!
Helena and Vivek celebrated their love following Indian rituals, such as the Baarat, (a traditional wedding procession) but immersed in the magic of Tuscan olive and vineyards, in a kind of new Eden where cultures, traditions, customs and religions melted in the name of Harmony and universal Love.
Helena was gorgeous in her Hindu bridal dress, so colorful, warm and original, Vivek looked like a prince of some exotic fairy tales in the typical Indian groom dress … the magical Chianti frame finally contributed to render unique this special wedding that I will always keep in my heart!
